About COMEDK?
This is a state level exam conducted by the Consortium of Engineering, medical and the dental college of Karnataka; earlier in 2015 this entrance exam was held only in Karnataka. But now this exam is conducted in various other cities like Ambala, New Delhi, Faridabad, Meerut, Rajkot, Hisar Karnal and many more. This entrance exam is conducted for the admission to undergraduate engineering courses at almost 190 colleges in Karnataka state. As per the COMEDK exam pattern issued there will be 1 mark given for each correct answer with no negative marking. This exam is conducted once a year. This exam is held for both the candidate’s seeking admission in B. Tech course and B. Arch course.
COMEDK has been assigned the task of organizing a common entrance test for the academic year 2023. COMEDK entrance test & publication of test score and rank list will be followed by centralized counselling.
General Instructions for Registration- COMEDK:
- All the details asked for in Registration /Application form are Mandatory.
- E-mail ID and mobile number should remain the same till the Admission process is completed
- An Email ID once used for Registration online cannot be used again.
- Details given at the time of registration cannot be edited later on in the application form. Please review all details entered at time of registration before CLICKING ON SUBMIT BUTTON and proceeding to application form.
- After successful registration, you will receive the User id and Password on your Mobile Number and Email Id which is unique
- & system generated. Log in with your unique USER ID and PASSWORD to complete the application process. Click on “Go to Application” button (Right hand top corner) to be directed to Application Form.
- COMEDK is a tough entrance exam with a lot of competition. Every year, lakhs of aspirants appear for the state level entrance exam in a hope to qualify for admission.
Due to the high competition and popularity, the seats at the top participating institutes of COMEDK are filled instantly by the candidates having rank up to 60,000.
However, if you have a rank above 60,000, you don’t need to worry as there are still some good COMEDK colleges where you can take admission with your rank. Even though you cannot get admission to top colleges, you can still study at some good participating institutes.
