VIT Vellore Eligibility Criteria

UG Courses: Student should go the 12th or Its equal examination from a recognised board, Direct Admission in VIT Vellore Management Quota Admission 2024

  • 10+2 or Higher Secondary Exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), or The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE).
  • Two Year Pre-University exam or Intermediate conducted by a recognized Board/University.
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva or High School Certificate Exam of The Cambridge University.
  • General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
  • Candidates from NIOS will also be eligible for VITEEE 2023.
  • Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category and hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/Ladakh and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Tripura will be eligible with 46% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

VIT Vellore Admission Process

  • Candidates are advised to fill the VITEEE application form 2023 before last date.
  • Applicants who fill the application form before the last date will be able to download the VITREE admit card 2023 a few days before the exam.
  • VITEEE 2023 exam comprises 100 questions.
  • VITEEE syllabus and exam pattern for their preparations.
  • The exam authority will release the VITEEE result a few days after the conclusion of the exam.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for the counselling/admission process later.

All candidates having their names in the VITEEE 2023 rank list will have to log in and fill choices of course and college during registration.

The allotment of seats will be on the basis of the rank list and the choices made by candidates during registration. It may be noted that to confirm the seat allotted, candidates will also be required to submit 50% amount of the admission fee during VITEEE 2023 counselling.
