Eligibility Criteria at RNSIT Bangalore
The Candidate must have completed 2nd PUC/ 10+2 or Equivalent Exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio Technology/ Biology/ Electronics/ Computer Science as optional subjects with the aggregate percentage of 45 in the subjects taken together.
RNSIT Cut off Details
All the cut off marks at RNSIT are based on the regulations given by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering & Dental Colleges in Karnataka (COMEDK). The numbers are released in three rounds, namely Round 1, Round 2 Phase 1 & 2, and Round 3.
For B.E courses admission is based on the marks scored in Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) / JEE / COMEDK UGET. For BE Lateral entry course, DCET scores are mandatory. M.Tech admission is based on GATE/ Karnataka PGCET scores while for MBA and MCA admissions, candidates need to appear in PGCET and obtain valid scores.
The application process for KCET begins in the month of January every year while for COMEDK it starts in the month of February. The application fee of the KCET exam is INR 650.
